A tip on the New Moon
May not be recommended to take any important decisions or sign any relevant document just the day or hours before a New Moon are producing, for example in. July 8, 2013 at 09h.14' New Moon takes place, so not recommended that from the day before and even after a few hours following the New Moon, not do the mentioned.

The reason is because like the moon's influence in other areas of life, for example the tides or the crops, it is interpreted that the action or project to be done, could not quite hold, to occur right at the end of one cycle of a Lunation, so any action of some significance occur shortly before New Moon, you may not be the expected results. Either because they have to re-done, is of short duration, or is not well established.
